Hopefully by now you've read my apology for any disappointment you might experience visiting this site. I would be pleased if your disappointment arose because of high expectations created by first impressions!

If you've surfed the Web looking for lesson plans, then you know much of what you find are links to links to links to lesson plans, or sites that have been more or less abandoned, or sites that are highly commercial forcing you to wade through page after page of advertising. Hence the conclusion of my Senior Project and the genesis of this site.

This site is my conception of a noncommercial portal for the educational community. In my little "perfect world," the educational community would be creating or supporting a constellation of such portals. More importantly, educators would be creating content - lesson plans and subject matter, and lots of it.

Unfortunately, I cannot contribute very much to educational content, though with a little coaxing I might admit to having been accused (at least once) of being a know-it-all. However, I can continue with this website, with a little help from my friends.
